This short policy establishes ground rules of what to expect when you book an online session with me.
All sessions have to be booked at least 2 days in advance so I can do my bit and prepare material for our conversation.
When booking a session you will be asked to fill a short form so I can assist you in the best manner possible. This is mandatory and the call will be automatically cancelled if no information has been provided in advance.

Introductory call – 20 to 30 min
A friendly chat to talk about the issues you are facing and how I can help.
Together we will talk about your business and what my experience and expertise can bring to the table for your project.
I will follow up this call with a proposal in the next 48 hours, so our collaboration can start swiftly.
This call usually takes place over What’s App and is free of charge.
Sometimes our plans change and it's ok, I would kindly ask you to reschedule our call at least 3 hours before the arranged time.
The Power Hour – 1 hour
This is your hour. An interactive session, helping you to answer a few questions, giving you tips, resources and inspire creativity.
For the session to be as beneficial as possible for you, please send me in advance: a brief context of the situation, your question(s) and any documents you may have to help me prepare this call. You can input all this information in the booking form.
Please note, you will be asked to pay the full amount in advance of our session. If you would rather pay a deposit and be billed the remaining amount after the session, please get in touch.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please be in touch 48 hours prior to our call, your appointment will be rescheduled or you may request a refund. If you request a refund, please be aware that there is a £50 non-refundable booking fee.
